However, it is awkward that there is no bathroom and having to sleep literally next to a sink can be a bit odd. The staff although are friendly, they are not attentive to the details. In addition, if you need a waste paper basket, it is not available.

Clean rooms, near eateries and shops. Good for families. I travelled with my mother and my 2 kids aged 5 and 8. it was still quite a walk to the MTR. but lots of places to eat around the hotel which was good.

Also there was nowhere to put our cases so we had to get housekeeping to come and remove two chairs so we could put our luggage under the desk.
